Junior High On-site Camp
During Junior High Camp, have your first chance at the high ropes course, go white water rafting over the Arkansas River or even climb Eagle Peak. Don’t worry, you’ll still get to experience Bible study, bucket brigade, awesome arts & crafts, archery and many more exciting activities! All of this happens while you’re hanging out with tons of kids your age and awesome counselors that all help you grow with one another and with Christ!

Junior High Open – Compass Points Backpacking
Join other Junior High campers from around the country for a week hiking and camping in the breathtaking Rocky Mountains, raft the white-water of the Arkansas River, and rock climb. This wilderness adventure offers you the opportunity to do all of this in a supportive Christian environment that will challenge you to try new things and grow in your own faith journey. Gina said this about her trip, “I saw Christ in the people around me, it inspired and renewed my spirit. I learned new ways to praise God and appreciate his creation.” The week-long adventure is centered on a 3-5 day backpacking experience led by two awesome guides! Whether you are a first time backpacker or an experienced mountaineer, the friendships you make this week will make this an adventure you’ll never forget. Rainbow Trail provides backpacks and all the community equipment you’ll need, so get a good pair of boots and bring your sleeping bag and you’ll be off for the journey of a lifetime. Confirmation Camp
Come to camp with your confirmation class and your pastor to grow with each other, learn from each other and have fun! Each day will include time with your congregation as they help you grow closer to Christ. Other activities include the high ropes challenge course, hiking, arts & crafts, archery, and optional white water rafting. Awesome staff await incredible relationships with you this summer at RTLC!
