Recreation

Rainbow Trail sits on nineteen acres of the san Isabel National Forest. Many recreation options can be found onsite and in the surrounding area. Several hiking trails originate from camp or are within a short drive. Outdoor games include basketball, volleyball, horseshoes, and gaga ball. Board games, puzzles, and reading are great indoor options. Winter options include sledding, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing. Downhill skiing is available at Monarch Mountain, about an hour away. In addition, the delightful town of Westcliffe, offers quaint shopping and other entertainment.

The RTLC Board of Directors feels strongly about supporting pastors and others in full time ministry! They invite those in the RMS ELCA to stay at no charge. We hope we can help pastors and church professionals get away for reflection and renewal.
