Rainbow Trail Lutheran Camp (RTLC) is a year-round ministry serving the 153 congregations of the Rocky Mountain Synod ELCA and beyond that is committed to creating holy spaces where all people can experience God’s grace, transforming them into Christ’s light in the world. Through values such as radical hospitality, authentic relationships, and living out God’s profound love, RTLC empowers everyone involved to grow spiritually, build connections, and develop leadership. The next Executive Director will guide this ministry into the future, focusing on creating an inclusive, welcoming environment, implementing the new site master plan, advancing financial development, fostering summer and full-time staff growth, providing strategic leadership, and ensuring program excellence-while preserving Rainbow Trail as a spiritually enriching space for all who engage in its mission.
