EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Dave Jarvis
Dave has been the Executive Director of Rainbow Trail for the past 31 years. He is integral in the design and leadership of our on-site ministries and the day-to-day operations of RTLC.
Will grew up in Austin, Texas and has a passion for the outdoors! Prior to his full time role, Will spent 3 summers on staff as a Counselor, Compass Points Travel Director, and Maintenance Director. Will loves hiking, backcountry fly fishing, and helping in the outdoor ministry here at camp.
Cam grew up in the great town of Falcon, Colorado, and has been passionate about seeking Christ his whole life. Cam grew up attending camp as life long camper. Cam loves to hike Colorado 14ers, compete in various sports, learn and talk about Jesus, and plays hard with his pup Penny!
Delta was born and raised in Fredericksburg, TX, where she was a member of Holy Ghost Lutheran Church and, by proxy, became a camper at Rainbow Trail Lutheran Camp. She attended Baylor University in Waco, TX, during which she worked on summer staff at RTLC. Delta grew up dancing competitively, so she loves dancing, music, and all of the arts. She loves the stories people of all generations bring to camp and playing with her and Cam’s camp dog, Penny!
Sands grew up in Eagle Colorado and has been coming to camp ever since he was little. He spent five summers on staff working as both the Maintenance Assistant and Facilities Director. Sands loves working with his hands and loves getting to be involved in the ministry of Rainbow Trail Lutheran Camp. Shout out to Rev. Don Simonton, who was Sands Grandfather.
Camp dogs are, without a doubt, part of the Rainbow Trail staff. They are responsible for leading activities including “Fetch,” “Chase Me!” and “Scratch My Belly!” These four love it when people visit the camp and look forward to playtime in the forest.
