Rainbow Trail Lutheran Camp is hosting a Level 1 Challenge Course Certification at our site. Trainers from Adventure Experiences Inc. will be leading the 40-hour training and testing which will cover essential “hard” and “soft” skills to safely and effectively facilitate your program. These topics will include low elements, knot craft, industry standards, high element programming, introduction to legal liability and risk management topics. Participants will have a written and practical test which will provide a one year certification.

The course will be offered April 29-May 3, 2024 at Rainbow Trail in Hillside, CO. RTLC offers a zip line, dynamic and static belay transfers, low elements including mohawk walk, T.P. Shuffle, Mountain Tops, All Aboard, Wild Woozy, Triangle Tension Traverse, team wall and more. Participants will also be certified in rescue procedures.

Training will begin each day at 8:30am and will conclude at approximately 5:00pm with a 1 hour lunch break.

Cost:  $890.00

Group Housing – Arrival will be on April 28th after 6:00pm. Price includes training, certification test, meals and snacks as well as lodging in our cabins. 14 meals will be served beginning with breakfast on April 29th and ending with lunch on May 3rd. The cabins consist of one large room with 8-10 bunk beds in each room and bathroom attached.
